Raoji is a management consultancy and corporate support services provider company, established in 1985 by a group of professionals with classy academic and professional credentials and time-tested competence in their respective areas. The company, celebrating its silver jubilee stands on decades of experience in corporate services and consultancy, through research, technological innovations, and systems support. Our quality outsourcing services save time and reduce the cost of doing business for our clients. Corporate executives can avail more leisure time on a golf course and with their families after handing over quite a few of their corporate worries to Raoji. We aim to create a corporate services company head and shoulders above others. We will grow by developing human resource at our and clients level through regular training and innovation. Professionals and experts on Raoji’s panel can be approached for advice and strategy into any support or core functions of business, not-for-profit government or social sector corporate organizations. Our academics have remained involved in business and social research as well, at the national and international levels. Our esteemed clients wanted us to expand our corporate services into new functions. In deference to their coveted desire, Raoji created another networking firm with the name and style of Raoji Consulting Associates (Private) Ltd. This arm of Raoji, the RCA has specialized in state-of-the-art Share Registrar/Transfer Agent and balloter services started in 2008. Presently 15 reputable companies are availing our share registrar services and have spun off their shares departments to the RCA enjoying the benefits of outsourcing while complying with requirements of Section 204 A Cos. Ord. 1984 (XLVII). A technology research is in a process to enhance the quality of Share Registrar and Transfer Agent services. An outcome of this ongoing research shall be new and improved services to the shareholders and management of listed companies.
